On a side note: Fuck equality, gay marriage, gender binaries, judgmental / racist / hypocritical queer mentalities that halt our progress as queer people. Our future will not thrive around institutions based on heteronormative relationships. Our lovers are still dying of HIV stigma & AIDS. An entire generation of beautiful pioneers in queer culture died off while fighting for acceptance in mainstream culture... it is our duty to fight for a better queer future because the current progression isn't so promising, attractive, or worthwhile.

yes ever since i introduced her music to my friend i am continually fearful my friend may drown our cats while listening to that album. especially in dragged-out make-up and a pretty dress. i keep hoping she will return to austin soon.
