Anyone interested in a really fun/adventurous/yogic trip to Costa Rica with a great group of people---here's some info. I teach flow yoga....the trip will be to the little surfing village of Montezuma...beautiful beaches, waterfalls, all kinds of fun....here's a link:

Does anyone dream for a world that is clean and no more land is destroyed for human over population? Do people have the right to destroy nature just so they have a place to live? I do understand the fight for equal rights but i feel that we need to save the planet before there is nothing for us to live on. I ask you to think what would you have more the right to marry and what have you or the ability to live on a healthy planet that can sustain life.

Hey Guys... Just figured we could share some stories about being outdoors. Like your favorite place to hike or what have you and maybe something you are proud of achieving.
My favorite place to hike is on Skinner mountain in Western Mass. It's an easy hike, but they views are always great. It's definitely a nice placeto escape. I am proudest of Hiking El Teide Volcano in the canary islands. That literally took my breath away! Hope you guys post some cool spots! |
