Yo. I'm a doctoral student, working in/on 19c. American lit, with some queer theory and psychoanalysis thrown in. I'm both city mouse and country mouse, equally happy going dancing or building a campfire. Spend a lot of time thinking about mountains, butt. Addicted to planning big, and then following through. Dangerously spontaneous when it comes to travel. Diabolically discerning when it comes to beverage consumption. Eager to talk, as well as to (just) listen.

Thanks to the internet, fantastic concerts are now democratic, repeatable. This show was one of the craziest I've seen in a long time. David Byrne fucking rules my life.
Things are so dull in CT. I'm looking for another job (may have told u), which is so hard to do right now. I feel like a total shell of myself: sucky boss, ain't gettin' laid, no cuddle buddy. Damn! Hopefully I'm off to study film in college. I'm applying to a few places but I'm going to California this summer to check out a few more. That'll be a fun roadtrip.
