Thanks for taking the time to check this out - I grew up in the radio industry and am a fan of all types of music, but my favorite would be club/dance music. I created a 24/7 club music station on Live365 called MUZOPHILE - you can click the pic to check it out!
Other than the music, I love to travel and am always up for hanging with cool new dudes! I have lived in Los Angeles for around 12 years, so if you're in the area (or not, for that matter), say hey! :) muzo
Films I Like:
Big fan of horror movies, suspense and cheesy teen movies.
Thanks for stopping by! I grew up in the radio industry and have been a clubhead long before the Internet existed -yes, it's true. I'm hoping to connect with fans of the music, as I am a true believer in a beat that makes you go 'Oh hell yeah!' and a night out that makes you say 'What the hell was I thinking?'
I remember back in the days when a club was a club, when you danced your ass off all night and genuinely enjoyed it. I created the 24/7 online club music station MUZOPHILE on Live365, it's the hottest DJs from around the world playing the coolest hits all day/night long, all the time. I'm hoping you enjoy it the way that I do. :)

The California Supreme Court voted 6 to 1 on Wednesday to review legal challenges to voter initiative as early as March.
People. To those who oppose this: There was a point in time where black and white couldn't marry, where women couldn't vote and when our presidents were only white men. This will eventually pass. Don't fight it, accept it.

CHUCK NORRIS really hates the gays (11/19/08) [View | Hide]
Chuck Norris really hates the gays - does anyone really care?
In his column for Townhall.com, the 'Walker Texas Ranger' star (I use that term loosely) and Republican never-was says:
Protestors of Proposition 8 in California (the marriage amendment) shoved aside a 69-year-old woman who was bearing a cross. They reportedly spit on her and stomped on her cross. They then aligned themselves in a human barricade, blocking the media from getting to or interviewing the woman.
Prop. 8 supporter Jose Nunez, 37, was assaulted brutally while distributing yard signs to other supporters after church services at the St. Stanislaus Parish in Modesto.
Calvary Chapel Chino Hills was spray painted by vandals after they learned that the church served as an official collection point for Prop. 8 petitions.
Norris goes on to say: The truth is that the great majority of Prop. 8 advocates are not bigots or hatemongers. They are American citizens who are following 5,000 years of human history and the belief of every major people and religion: Marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman.

VIDEO: RIHANNA does GUCCI (11/19/08) [View | Hide]
Check out Rihanna's new Gucci commercial. Gucci creative director Frida Giannini says, “I wanted Rihanna on board with this project because she’s so young, so modern, and so iconic.”
To sit there in that big circular swing, undoubtedly a castaway from the Britney Spears 'Circus' videoshoot, must've really been a challenge for Rihanna.
In Muzo's mind, says Rihanna: 'Yeah, it was really tough. I had to sit there and make love to the camera for two whole minutes, in that weird swing with wind machines blowing on me, messin' up my hurrr. I kept slippin' off that swing, cuz I got kinda, well, a little sweaty. I kept tellin' them to point the wind machines at my legs. Rihanna sweats too, you know. It was, like, my mind was in disturbia.'
Ok, ok, fine, that's not really what she said. Go behind the scenes of Rihanna's Gucci shoot:

Ellen DeGeneres grills Miley Cyrus about her 'boyfriend' Justin Gaston.
Am I the only person who finds Miley mega-irritating? But hey, her 'friend' Justin is a Christian, and she likes that.
To Cyrus' credit, if I was a billionaire tween, I'd be a brat, too. Then again, hell, I'm a 35-yo 'Mo who sells back old CDs to make some extra bread, and I'm a brat. Check out the tomfoolery:
Get to Know Your New Mr. Gay.com: ANDREW ROBERTS (11/19/08) [View | Hide]
And the winner of the Mr. Gay.com competition is Andrew Roberts (Muscle Stud category), a third-year med student at Indiana University. In second place came Rocky Graziano (Community leader category), a banker from Boston who enjoys the support of a big Italian family.
Over 1.3 million votes were tallied. The Mr. Gay.com winners party was held November 13, at supperclub in San Francisco. Congrats, guys!

Get to know Andrew Roberts:
Muzo: Congratulations on being named Mr. Gay.com. How did you decide to get involved in the contest and what was the journey like?
Andrew: Well one day I was just browsing gay.com and I noticed a call-out for nominations for Mr Gay.com 2008. At first I didn't think anything of it but after a couple days I somehow convinced myself to give it a shot. I definitely did not expect to make it as far as I did let alone win the whole competition. Looking back I still can't believe it all happened but I'm thankful it did.
After voting ended on Nov 3rd everything happened so fast. Because of school commitments I had to cut my time short in San Francisco and I ended up arriving on Wednesday around midnight, spending all day Thursday doing competition activities, and then flying back home at 6 am on Friday morning. It was a whirlwind of a trip but I enjoyed every moment of it and I'd do it all over again in a second. The other finalists were absolutely wonderful and I made some great friends that were every bit as deserving as I was to wear that crown. In my opinion it was an 11-way tie.
*****
Muzo: Now that you are Mr. Gay.com - what happens next?
Andrew: As Mr. Gay.com 2008 I hope to use my title to inspire others to dream big and not let anyone make you feel like a second-class citizen. Great strides are being made regarding gay rights but we still have a long way to go and it is up to us to bring about that change. In the future, I'm hoping to create a scholarship for GLBTQ students that will help with attending leadership conferences or sponsoring ideas that positively influence the gay community.
*****
Muzo: You will be appearing in all the new gay.com ads - when do those roll out? Have you started the shoots yet?
Andrew: I will indeed be appearing in the new gay.com ads but I'm not quite sure when they will be released. We spent the entire day Thursday before the final ceremony shooting for the ads. It was a lot more draining than I thought it would be.
There was this one shoot where Seth and I were kicking a soccer ball back and forth and we must have been kicking that ball around for more than an hour just to get 30 seconds of film that will probably be cut even shorter. We were both drenched in sweat and we now have a whole new respect for those girls on America's Next Top Model.
*****
Muzo: And you are a third-year med student at Indiana! Wow! How do you think your friends back home will react to the news?
Andrew: So far I've had a lot of positive responses from everyone back home. Most of my friends didn't even know I was in the competition, so when they found out I won they were even more shocked. I'm sure a lot more will be finding out I won now that there are pictures from the final ceremony up on Facebook.
*****
Muzo: What's your ideal guy like?
Andrew: My ideal guy is intelligent, funny, charming, outgoing, and good-looking doesn't hurt either. I know when most people read this they are saying to themselves that this type of guy doesn't exist, but I have been fortunate enough to find my "ideal guy" and we have been together for 2.5 years now.
*****
Muzo: Do you believe in gay marriage - will you ever marry?
Andrew: I am a strong proponent of gay marriage, and I am deeply saddened by Proposition 8. But I have strong faith that gay marriage will be legalized across the country within my lifetime, and I definitely plan to get married in the future.
*****
Muzo: And here comes the really fun stuff, lol. Complete the sentence:
'When on a date, the guy should...' Andrew: When on a date, the guy should not be afraid to take a chance. You don't want to spend the rest of your whole life looking back wondering what if...
'When having sex, I like...' Andrew: Hmmm, when having sex I like knowing that the person I wake up next to actually knows my name.
Top or bottom? Andrew: Top/vers
Celebrity crush? Andrew: David Beckham
*****
Muzo: So, what's next for Andrew?
Andrew: Well right now I'm just focused on my studies and surviving med school. I was thinking of running for Mr. Gay USA next year but we'll see what the cards have in store for me.
I am currently a 3rd year medical student at Indiana University planning to specialize in neurosurgery in the future. I come from a small Midwestern town which probably says a lot about me. I'm conservative morally and socially (I don't smoke/do drugs, no tattoos/piercings, still attend church regularly) but I'm very liberal politically if that makes any sense. I consider myself an introvert and I tend to shy away from large groups but that doesn't mean I won't go out to the bars and party every now and then.
I'm definitely family-oriented and I plan to have kids one day (although not anytime soon). I come from a somewhat large, very close-knit family that plays an important part of my life and I don’t know what I would do without them. I would like to be Mr. Gay 2008 because I want to demonstrate to others, both in the straight and gay community alike, that there are plenty of successful, intelligent gay professionals out there doing amazing things. As time progresses, we will continue to play an integral role in shaping the attitudes and opinions of the next generation and it is up to us to break down the negative stereotypes that have plagued our community for so long.
Gotta give the boyz credit - neither one has had a top 40 hit in decades, and we're still talkin' about 'em! [Insert imaginary audio of Michael Jackson's high-pitched, crotch grabbing anthem: 'Heee-heeee']

TAYLOR SWIFT to enter charts at No. 1 with 'Fearless' (11/18/08) [View | Hide]
A very solid opening for Taylor Swift's new album 'Fearless,' according to Hits Daily Double. The country songstress opens with just shy of 600,000 copies - that is phenom!
My gay Mormon boyfriend David Archuleta performs respectable (mmmmm...perform for me, baby) with a no. 2 bow, selling approx. 180,000 copies of his self-titled debut effort, featuring the song he wrote about me (in my mind) 'Crush.'
On the flipside, things aren't looking much 'Better' for Christina Aguilera - her hits collection 'Keeps Gettin' Better: A Decade of Hits' opens at no. 9 with approx. 73, 000 copies moved.
This is the perfect example of how greatest hits compilations just don't work in a digital age where people can open up their iTunes, move some tracks around from old albums, add to a new playlist and create the 'new' album themselves on their iPod long before the official album's release.
