How is work these days for the creative writer? After graduating in
December with two degrees in the humanities, I've felt the obvious
body-saving move to be to grab a masterz in some science- or
business-related field. I write & read too much to just give it
away, though, my 'classical' learning. Whacha reading?

the last thing I read that I fell in love with was Ilya Kaminksy's Dancing in Odessa. have you read it? It's definitely worth it!

Mostly at this point I just dabble. As an English major most of my work is centered around literary theory rather than creative writing (though I wish I did more).
