  Total lack of updates. Basically… dropped out of school and started working at Seattle’s Best Coffee while I try to get my acting career off the ground. Lots of mixed reactions to that, but since when do I care what others think? I’m actually getting ready to leave for work right now. Woot. Besides that, my life has been a total dead zone as of late. Hopefully something exciting will change all that. Peace Out

  So last night, got drunkity drunk drunk and didn’t go to bed until 4… am. This upcoming week is going to be a majorly major one for me. Not only do I have an audition for “Cabaret” at Bridgewater State, BUT I also have a job interview with Borders. No pressure or anything… Now, I’m just getting ready to shower and then I’ll be hanging with Dee and Megarita. Until next time… XOXO

  Today is the first day of the ‘09 - ‘10 semester! I’m currently sitting in the Roundileau Campus Center, waiting for my voice class to begin at 10:10. To say I am nervous would be a larger understatement than “Lindsay Lohan might need some help”. My biggest fear of opening my mouth and having nothing come out has been quelled by the fear of opening my mouth and singing horribly. Oy, oy, oy!

  It’s been so long since I last updated that there is no way I can recap everything that’s happened since then. So, instead, let’s talk about the future. School starts up again in less than two weeks! I’m actually really excited to begin classes and get back into the swing of college. Next Friday, I’ll be helping Nzinga move, which means I will be driving a UHAUL… YES! What I am super-stoked for is the P!nk concert Shalaine and I will be attending in October! According to the love of my life (Katy Perry), the show is fantastic. Can’t wait. Now, I must get back to work. But I promise to be a better tumblr-er from now on!

  Who knew doing so little could be so wonderful? Friday- Worked, went home and changed, then met Gracie and Steph and saw “500 Days of Summer” for the second time. Then after, we went to Steph’s for some wine and herb. So lovely having a sophisticated Friday with the girls. Saturday- Woke up and grabbed a coffee. ShayShay came over and we prepared for Linda’s big 5-0 celebration. We went swimming (meaning I went swimming and Shalaine watched). Today- Woke up and went for a swim while Shay slept. Then we went to the movies. I just went for another swim in the pool, and now I’m just chilling and watching “I Love Lucy”. Tomorrow, the week begins. But at least, I have three wonderful days. =]

  Since Friday (Shit Show, Part Deux), my feelings for my current crush had been escalating and going cuhzoozoo. Anyway, long story short, he doesn’t want a relationship. He was really nice and sweet about it and made sure that I was okay. That, however, did not help things suck less. Yesterday- I almost had a nervous breakdown. I was being bombarded with rude e-mails from a co-worker I had never met, my bank decided to cancel my debit card and order a new one without telling me (which resulted in having ym card declined at Finagle a Bagel- Embarassing? Hell yes), and I realized that it has been almost 3 years since my last relationship. Today, I am better (save for the crappy weather outside). After work, I’m supposed to be going to see “500 Days of Summer” with Gracie and Steph. I’ve already seen the movie, but it’s so damn cute, I couldn’t resist seeing it again. That’s all for now. xoxo

• the whole shebang! (7/13/09) [View | Hide]

  Thursday Night: Dee and Shay came over. We had dinner, drank, chatted. Went to bed watching I Love Lucy. Friday: Woke up at 5 am. Got ready, got coffee, and headed to South Station. I jumped the gun a tad and we were waiting there for quite a while. Finally, our train came and our trip officially began. After 4 and half hours on the train, we arrived in New York. We got a cab (after one slowly hit Shalaine- no worries, she wasn’t injured.) and drove around the block to the hotel. Checked in, drank some wine, and then headed out. We ate lunch at a Cuban restaurant, Havana somethingorother, and got virgin drinks with the price of alcoholic ones. After that, we changed and went to The Met. Unfortunately, it was $20 per exhibit, so we just glanced around the lobby and then headed for Central Park. We walked around, took photos, and then it was time to go to FAO Schwartz. Dee and Shay weren’t too happy with the long walk down fifth avenue, but once we arrived in the store, they were plenty excited. After FAO, we took a cab to the village and shopped around in some vintage stores. Then, back to the hotel for dinner and cocktails. Dee didn’t feel good, so she took a nap while Shay and I made our way back to the village. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get her into the 19+ club because they were readily checking IDs when we arrived. So we just ordered dessert and cocktails and watched “17 Again”. I also sort of accidentally locked Shalaine out and fell asleep. Whooopsies. Saturday: Woke up around 8, took a shower, and did a Starbucks run for the three of us. I woke the girls up, we ate, and then went to Times Square for some souvenir shopping. We each got a few cute things to bring home and then grabbed our luggage and headed to Penn Station (but not before they got some NY hot dogs). Once we were on the train, the trip seemed like it went by in a flash. After I got home, Travis came over. We smoked and had some drinks. I haven’t been that out of it in a loooong time. Overall, it was a fantastic weekend that I am still recovering from! =]
