All kinds of Music!, Movies, Dining out, Occasional Dancing -- would never describe myself as a "bar fly", "club boi" or "circuit party" type and I am NOT a recreational drug user. Running to stay in shape. Steampunk! - what is it? - well the video on my page talks about the "techie" side of it, but there is also costume and fashion, music, art, literature and even film... It's the Neo-Victorian movement! - Google 'Steampunk' and you'll see alot!
Other interests: Costume Design and creation - particularly Historical. I've done some theatre work and I occasionally do custom work on the side - including corsetry. Love Historic Houses and Furniture - 19th Century Living (with 21st Century conveniences added--of course!). Motorcycles!, Holidays! - Halloween being one of my Favs!, Family-Friends-Home. Love the Outdoors too!
Music I Like:
I really like all kinds! Except maybe hard-core rap, country/western and intensly aggressive/abraisive sounding music. My tastes tend to be very eclectic from popular to classical, blues and R/B, jazz, Rockabilly!!!, techno, electronica, dance, trance, house, classic rock, "Folkie" stuff, grunge stuff, 80's music, World music, alternative . . .and on and on!
Films I Like:
The Wizard of Oz, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the original with Gene Wilder!), Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, 80's films directed by John Hughes, All the Disney Classics, Practical Magic, Moonstruck, When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle, Steel Magnolias, Tim Burton Directed films: Sweeny Todd, Batman 1 & 2, Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice, Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, Big Fish.
Films that have great historical costumes!: Dangerous Liasons, Amadeus, Elizabeth, Brahm Stokers Dracula, The Man In The Iron Mask, Restoration, Rob Roy, The Madness of King George, The Duchess - to name a few.
I like to collect crazy "midnight movie" cult films like: Rocky Horror Picture Show (of course), A Clockwork Orange, Breaking Glass, Ladies and Gentlemen The Fabulous Stains, and can't forget all the fabulously trashy films directed by John Waters: Female Trouble, Pink Flamingos, Desperate Living, Polyester, Hairspray, Pecker, Cry Baby...
Literature I Like:
Usually reference books on historical costumes, technical "how to" books on patterning and sewing..., books on self-empowerment, books on history, & art. As for novels - I usually like fantasy stuff like Anne Rice's novels.
TV Shows I Like:
Project Runway, Top Chef, Cathy Griffin's My Life on the D-List, Supernanny, Medium, Ghost Hunters, Ghost Whisperer, Mind of Mancia, Dave Chappelle, Ellen Degeneres show, Ab Fab, South Park, Saturday Night Live, MadTV, VH-1, Will and Grace - I actually don't watch much TV - I catch these programs only on occasion.
One day my kite will escape forever... and I will jump to catch the trailing string... Wishes and wants will fall from my pocket, as I wave... full of peace......
My personality? - God - I dunno - Down to Earth, Artistic Wierdo! - LOL - Actually - while my tastes might be rather eclectic, I'm a pretty regular acting guy. Mannerisms? - Somewhat masculine, despite my creative interests. Responsible enough to nail down a decent job and pay my bills. Too many creative quirks to label as "conservative" - yet my core values and morals seem to be very traditional - I like to think the combination makes me unique. Although challenging to resist my penchant for home baked sweets, I do my best to eat right and stay in shape. I'm caring, trustworthy, genuine and sincere, yet been around the block enough times in life to be wise and wary! - Certainly not a naive pushover. I return like friendship to others. Hopefully this will all be interesting to someone out there!

Who I'd like to meet:
My sidekick, my partner in crime, my "soul mate", my "other half", my "Life Partner", my Love...... Maybe that's you?
Looking for whomever holds the key to my heart...
I like to meet people of all kinds. Artistic types are a plus! Musicians a real plus! Always got my eye out for potential dates but good friends are also great - people who are genuine and fun to be around. So, Whoever You Are - Please say hello!!
All the hundreds and hundreds of special people one meets in a lifetime... How does one keep his arms around them all?....
