Thanks for taking the time to check this out - I grew up in the radio industry and am a fan of all types of music, but my favorite would be club/dance music. I created a 24/7 club music station on Live365 called MUZOPHILE - you can click the pic to check it out!
Thanks for stopping by! I grew up in the radio industry and have been a clubhead long before the Internet existed -yes, it's true. I'm hoping to connect with fans of the music, as I am a true believer in a beat that makes you go 'Oh hell yeah!' and a night out that makes you say 'What the hell was I thinking?'
I remember back in the days when a club was a club, when you danced your ass off all night and genuinely enjoyed it. I created the 24/7 online club music station MUZOPHILE on Live365, it's the hottest DJs from around the world playing the coolest hits all day/night long, all the time. I'm hoping you enjoy it the way that I do. :) Click here for more info about MUZOPHILE on my official site.

VIDEO: ALICIA KEYS Re-Does 'Empire State of Mind' Live (11/20/09) [View | Hide]
Alicia Keys must read my blog, cuz I had said how sick I was of hearing this song on the radio and that she should do it solo lol. Anyway, Ms. Keys' track with Jay Z 'Empire State of Mind' is no. 1 this week. Don't get me wrong, I love Jay Z, too. I'm just tired of hearing the track every time I'm in my car.
Well, thankfully, Alicia Keys has completely re-did a solo version of the track (Still waiting for my 'I Love L.A.' song, Alicia! lol) - check it:
VIDEO: MARIAH's 'All I Want for Christmas Is You' 2009 Remix (11/20/09) [View | Hide]
I've been a Mariah fan since day one. Can you believe I was just 16 years old then? lol Over the years, I've seen her popularity jump all over the place - some years everyone loves her, other years they can't be bothered with her. And everyone's got their opinions on the different eras in Mariah's journey. But one album that everyone seemed to like - from my grandma to those goth kids I knew in college - was her '94 release 'Merry Christmas.'
'All I Want For Christmas is You' was the leading single off the album, which has sold 11 million copies worldwide and is one of the best selling Christmas albums of all time.
Well, to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the song, Mariah knows her gays are there for her, so she got back in the studio and redid a hot little dance mix of the track. Carey produced and oversaw (and it sounds like, resung) the track, which was re-mixed by Joey Arbagey. The remix single will be available in iTunes on Nov. 23.
Ask anyone who knows me, there's a lot of this playing starting Thanksgiving night at my house... (I see my roommate reading this going, 'Great.') lol Ho ho ho!

First Listen: New J.Lo Official Single 'Louboutins' (11/20/09) [View | Hide]
The other night, I was listneing to J.Lo interview with DJ Ski on KIIS FM, and she was saying 'Fresh Out the Oven' was just a buzz track, not an official single - however, now we have the official single 'Louboutins,' from her forthcoming album 'Love?' due out in Jan. She's slated to perform/debut the track at the American Music Awards, this Sunday. I dig it
Btw, for those of you who are fashionably challenged, like myself (I thought she was saying that she was throwing on her Louis Vuittons...alas no)...after some research lol (I hear you fashionistas pointing and laughing at me! lol), I found out Louboutins are shoes - see, that's why I'm a hard-nosed journalist or something. Click here to see some Louboutins.
JANET JACKSON Got Herself a Record Deal (11/19/09) [View | Hide]
Janet Jackson returns to A&M, the label that first made her a star. Get the full story at the NewYorkDailyNews.
Label is also doing a big push on her new album - it's some of the most publicity Janet's gotten in years, since her days at Island/Def Jam...and Virgin, prior that that...didnt yield much success.
Janet's 'Number Ones' (pictured above) includes 35 tracks and just came out two days ago - open up your iTunes stores, y'all! Expect the full vid for her latest smash 'Make Me,' due out any day now.
HeyY. So I was reading up on you blog and TOTALLY agree w. your posting on Mariah's 'Memoirs' album and how theyre releasing ALL the wrong singles! They did the same thing on E=MC2. If they were smart and really want to get her those next couple #1's, they should release "Angels Cry", "Standing O" and "More Than just Friends". All great tracks that could totally fit in the cookie-cutter pop radio niche! And I was psyched to read about the remix album! Keep up the research! LOVE the blog!
